Project scope shall include the Earthwork Improvements, approximately 218,632 CY of unclassified excavation, over-excavation and moisture conditioning of 364 lots, and other miscellaneous items and appurtenances, as per Construction Plans, NCTCOG, TCEQ, and City of Aubrey specifications to serve 364 lots on approximately 116 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Main St. and Liberty Rd. in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas.
