Police Sub-Station Flour Bluff (Building Improvement Bond 2018)

1. The project scope involves. interior Improvements include the total demolition of the existing interior partitions, with the exception of two load bearing walls. The existing floor finishes and ceilings will also be demolished. New interior partitions and interior finishes will be provided to accommodate the City of Corpus Christi Police Department. The improvements will include new electrical distribution system, lighting, data, communication and HVAC system. 2. Exterior improvements will include the addition of new aluminum entrance facing Waldron Road. A portion of the existing metal panel fascia will be replaced with metal panels and new building signage will be installed. An existing teller window and exterior door will be removed and filled in to match the existing building. The existing fluted CMU and metal panel fascia will be painted to give the building a new more modern look. The existing parking lot will be patched and repaired. 3. Alternate No. 1: The existing parking will be demolished, and new parking and drives will be provided. Also, new security fences and gates will be provided.
