Detention Center Main Kitchen & Staff Dining Remodel

The purpose of this work is to utilize a currently un-occupied satellite kitchen and remodeling it to suit the needs for a staff dining area for Detention Center staff. In order for this to be completed, there are a few components of this project that will entail working with other building trades that will be providing new kitchen equipment and relocation of existing equipment for this location. The awarded vendor will be required to work with the other trades to install such said equipment into the new staff dining location and making the final connections for the equipment to be fully operational. The new location for the staff dinning will need to be remodeled in order for the area to be occupied. The awarded vendor for this project will be responsible for all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs to update the space with new lighting, ceiling tiles, other minor renovations that are listed in the provided scope of work and blueprints.
