North Road Watermain Replacement, Phase 4 and 5

As of May 31, 2023, project was awarded to Morsch Pipeline, Inc, awarded amount is $411, 863.80. Town of Farmington (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: North Road Watermain Replacement, Phase 4 & 5 The Project includes the following Work: The project includes the replacement of approximately 2,900 LF of 8" cast iron watermain along North Road with 8" DR-14 PVC watermain, valves, hydrants, services, and appurtenances. Sealed Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1: General Project has an expected duration of 150 days. The Town of Farmington, Ontario County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. The Town of Farmington does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The designated site will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project.
