Mortimer Wing Facade Replacement and Mechanical Upgrades

The replacement of the exterior facade of the 1957 addition with a new energy efficient system and new mechanical systems. The spaces affected by the exterior wall change will include renovation of affected room finishes and systems. The project is broken up into two phases: Phase I: Includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the mechanical system in the 1957 Wing, chiller and dunnage replacement, select roof replacements, floor replacements, new ceilings and ceiling replacements, door replacements, storefront replacements and punched window replacements in select locations. Phase II includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the Curtain Wall system on the exterior facade. The renovation will include new canopy roof systems, perforated metal architectural screens, storm water leaders, and exterior lighting in select locations

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Waterproofing-Membrane Tiling, Ceilings.
Division 42 -	Process Heating, Cooling, and Drying Equipment, Process Chillers and Coolers.
