Description

The Project generally consists of the demolition of existing asphalt and concrete and installation of new asphalt, concrete flatwork, sidewalk and gravel surfacing. The Contractor will have 60 calendar days to complete the Work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs for this project is $168,720. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
