| Description | Tear off existing house roof. Replace with new ice & snow guard, water barrier, and install new shingles. Tear off old chimney down below roof line. Chimney has been lined with 4” flu needs a rain cap installed and flashed. Replace all plumbing vent flashings. Building permit is required. Remove gutters and save. Install new aluminum soffits and fascia on the eves. Rakes need either furred out to meet sheathing or cut back to crown freeze board. Then install new aluminum soffit and fascia. Rehang gutters properly with appropriate hangers and fall. |
