2023 Roof Replacements

Electronic proposals for the construction of the 2023 Roof Replacements Project must be received by the City of Livonia by 2:00 pm, Local Time on April 11, 2023, through the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Group site, www.MITN.info , at which time the bids will be opened and reviewed. No physical bid submission will be accepted, and late bids will not be considered. Bids must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format on forms contained herein. Question Deadline 03/22/2023 at 4:00 PM ET For all (4) locations, the new roofing materials shall be single ply membrane as specified. Deteriorated wood nailers and decking materials shall be replaced if they are encountered. For the Fire Station roofs, all existing insulaton under the BUR systems shall be removed and replaced. At the Senior Center location, only wet insulation is to be removed and replaced. Copings, flashings, metal edge, etc. shall be removed and replaced This scope consists of roofing re-cover in portion of one section of the building, approximately 1,400 SF; replacement of wet insulation. Complete tear off and re-roofing of BUR roof and single ply roof areas, approximately 13,400 SF; replacement of wet insulation in single ply area. Complete tear off and re-roofing of BUR roof areas, approximately 6,000 SF. Complete tear off and re-roofing of BUR roof areas, approximatley 8,200 SF. Reference No: 0000312736
