Description

The Eastport Community Center has experienced an assortment of leaks over the years in all areas of the building. The 2019 Physical Needs Assessment and Replacement Analysis indicated that the Remaining Life of the roofs was 3 years and replacement was recommended within 1 year. This supports the need for complete replacement at this time, including re-sloping of new material to prevent ponding of water and directing water to drains and scuppers. Further, the gymnasium roof is EPDM with rock ballast which can be a potential hazard.
