Parking Lot Maintenance at 4 Municipal Parking Lot

Parking lot maintenance at four separate municipal parking lots in Charles Town, WV. Locations are as follows (see maps in section 3.2): 100 Block of West Liberty Street, the corner of West Congress Street and South Charles Street, and the corner of West Congress Street and South Lawrence Street (2 separate lots at this location). This RFP process is intended to identify potential contractors with which the City may, in its sole discretion, choose to enter into a contract(s) for the proposed services. It is expressly understood and agreed that the submission of a proposal does not require or obligate the City to pursue a contract with any proposer. Proposers may bid on all work or on only specific services in the scope of work at their discretion. For instance, some contractors will be able to offer only sealing and striping as opposed to asphalt overlay services
