Description Firm-fixed price contract to provide Design-Build services necessary to provide the design, construction documents, and the construction for pre-placed crypts, columbarium and facility improvements at Philadelphia National Cemetery: scope of the project to provide the design, construction documents, and the construction for pre-placed crypts, columbarium and facility improvements at Philadelphia National Cemetery. The Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Cemetery Administration (NCA), intends to publish a Firm-Fixed Price Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR 14, to perform the following construction work: Restoration of approximately 3200 linear foot of stone wall and fence Reconstruction & mill/overlay of 6,300 square yard of asphalt roadway Remove and reconstruct of 100 linear foot of curb and gutter Replacing existing 8 catch basin Landscaping about 15000 square foot Install about 700 linear foot of water lines Restore the flag pole area with electrical Restoration of Rostrum including replacing roof, floor, electrical.
