| Description | The bid is to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, machinery, warranties, and all other items required to construct a new post framed 6,000 SF building according to the contract documents. Work of this Project is described as [the construction of a new facility entitled New Animal Shelter for the Highland County Commissioners, located at North Shore Drive, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. B. Work consists of grading building pad and parking lot to provided site elevations, erection of 6,000sf post framed building, (3) ply 2x6 glulam posts, 2x6 girts, 2x4 purlins, engineered trusses, corrugated metal siding, lights, receptacles, hvac work, plumbing, radiant floor heat, dog kennels, fencing and all other materials and labor needed to complete building. Contractor is also responsible for finish grading around building, installation of gutters, downstpouts, drains, cleaning of site and seeding once building is complete. |
