Rehabilitate Taxiway B and D - AIRPORT 23-100 - City of Boulder City

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Boulder City, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility. Reconstruct Taxiway 'B' (Construction): This project is for the reconstruction of 25,000 square yards of Taxiway 'B' using asphalt pavement. Taxiway 'B' will be approximately 4,000 feet in length and 35 feet in width. This project will also include drainage improvements. The storm drain improvements will include grading and a subsurface drainage system. Per data obtained in 2018 from Nevada Department of Transportation the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) for Taxiway 'B' was at 58, 67, & 82. Reconstruct Taxiway 'B' - Electrical Improvements (Construction): This project is for electrical improvements, which will include the installation of new LED edge lights on new cans, new LED signs on new bases, and new duct banks. Reconstruct Taxiway 'D' (Construction): This project is for the reconstruction of 6,700 square yards of Taxiway 'D' using asphalt pavement. Taxiway 'D' will be approximately 1,750 feet in length and 35 feet in width. This project will also include drainage improvements. The storm drain improvements will include grading and a subsurface drainage system. Per data obtained in 2018 from Nevada Department of Transportation the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) for Taxiway 'D' was at 33. Reconstruct Taxiway 'D' - Electrical Improvements (Construction): This project is for electrical improvements, which will include the installation of new LED edge lights on new cans, new LED signs on new bases, and new duct banks. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 27, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
