Description

This project consists of the replacement of underground condensate piping and condensate pumps in each building on the DOC Bridgewater campus. This campus consists of three major areas, each of which is provided steam from a central boiler plant, and condensate return is piped back to the central plant. The condensate piping (only) including all condensate pumps for all buildings served by the central steam system will be replaced while existing steam piping and manholes remain active. The piping replacement includes installation of new direct-buried piping, new manholes and a complete overhaul of the State hospital pump house.
