| Description | Upgrade current water fountains with bottle filling stations at each school. This project will consist of three (3) phases: Inventory, Research, and Installation. Installation must include all plumbing modifications needed to make the units fully functional. Note – the number of water fountains at each school is not known. Some water fountains have already been upgraded. This project will be awarded to more than one vendor. 1. Inventory water fountains per school and provide the following information: (1) Location, (2) Manufacturer's Name, (3) Model Number, (4) Serial Number. Provide list to the District. 2. Retrofit specified water fountain location with Elkay, Halsey Taylor or equivalent water bottle fillers. 3. If water cooler is not compatible, vendor will need to propose pricing for new stainless steel EWC and water bottle filler. 4. All new equipment must connect to all existing plumbing and electrical connections. 5. Ensure new equipment is properly fitted and fully operational. 6. Clean up and remove all debris from jobsite after each installation. |
