Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, W912P922R0020 Page 9 of 77 tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform elevator repair and maintenance so that the elevators are working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. 1.2 Background: Melvin Price Lock and Dam is located in Madison County at #1 Lock and Dam Way, East Alton, IL on the Mississippi River, approximately 1.5 miles southeast of the Clark Bridge.
