| Description | The City of Covington (the City) is soliciting sealed bids for the goods or services specified below and in accordance with all sections of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). All responses to questions will be provided to all interested bidders and questions will be received via email (adressler@covington.va.us) until 5:00 on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022. Sealed Bids should be returned in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Milling, Overlay and Asphalt Paving" on the outside of the envelope. In addition to the meeting site, travel will be made to each street project location for discussion related to each specific work need. Attached to this proposal is a map related to each project area with road widths and lengths. |
