Project No: 12A21-00, 61-04E34-03 Dallas Area Municipal Authority Maintenance Facility which consist of demolition of existing structures, a new 6-bay maintenance garage/recycling building, new office, site improvements, HAVC, plumbing and electrical associated with the new buildings. Neither Owner not Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each bidder must be a registered plan holder with ms consultants, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project.
