Description | Phoenix IG, LLC is seeking sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Hazardous Material Abatement for the Metro Center Redevelopment Phase 01. This project consists of abatement and removal of all existing hazardous materials at the Metro Center Mall, consisting of the Mall, Mall Suites, Mall Common Areas, Harkins Theatre, U-Haul, and Dillards buildings generally located at 9617 North Metro Parkway West, Phoenix, AZ 85051. The estimated abatement cost for the Project is $1 Million. No SOQs will be accepted after the date and time specified. Each SOQ must include all information items listed in the RFQ. Any SOQ received after the time specified will be returned unopened. Each SOQ shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained in the RFQ packet. Phoenix IG, LLCreserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive informalities. |
