Removal And Disposal of Mercury Catalyzed Polyurethane Floor at the Club at Woodbridge

**As of October 2, 2023, project was awarded, start date is Mid of November and will be completed by end of this year** Reference Number 0000326100 Utilizing full containment engineering controls, the Contractor shall remove and dispose of approximately 12,272 square feet of mercury catalyzed polyurethane floor and underlying four (4) to six (6) inches of asphalt from the Track/Basketball area of The Club at Woodbridge. The Contractor shall remove and dispose the approximately 10,000 square feet of overlying wood floor systems, associated plywood and polyethylene vapor barrier glued to the mercury catalyzed polyurethane floor. Approximately 5,000 square feet of wood flooring is double layered over plywood. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of drywall from the east wall to a minimum height of one (1) foot, to facilitate the removal of flooring beneath the wall. Where the floor is raised in the corners, the Contractor shall remove and dispose of the raised curbs and underlying asphalt material.
