To provide engineering design and construction activities, resulting in a project that meets all guidelines and expectations outlined in UDSA DSR. The Firm, as the sole responsible source for total Project compliance and construction-related performance, including design, permitting, and construction services, will hold all design professionals, testing services, trade contractors, and trade supplier contracts. The location of the work will include four different locations within Leland, NC Town limits.
