Gateway Regional Incubator Center Project - Gateway Area Development District

The owner is pursuing grant funding. As of June 20, 2023, design will not begin until funding has been secured. An architect has been selected. A firm timeline for bid/ construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference Gateway Area Development District will be accepting statements of qualifications for architectural and engineering services, including a feasibility study, preliminary architectural report, planning, design, construction, and other required services related to the Gateway Regional Incubator Center Project Anticipated sources of funding will include, but are not limited to, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), USDA Rural Development (RD), Economic Development Administration (EDA), Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Grant funds, and other sources including local monies. The formal solicitation of consulting engineering firms is being conducted to fulfill state/federal funding agency procurement requirements of, but not limited to, CDBG, USDA RD, SRF, ARC, and/or other funding sources. Gateway Area Development District reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities, and to negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements. Gateway Area Development District is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred by the consultants replying to this request.
