Description

The Work includes the following major items: Demolition and replacement of 3 areas of translucent roof/wall panels as indicated on the drawings. Panel assemblies will be installed in existing masonry openings and curbs. Replacement of telescoping manual bleachers, carpeting and painting in the Mezzanine. Replacement of roof in mechanical well area with new TPO roofing. Painting of walls in mechanical well. Replacement of existing rooftop dehumidification units with new rooftop air-conditioning units that include condensing units and pumps on grade.
