Description

DCAMM Certificate Required Project includes HVAC work at an existing 9-story residence hall at Mass. College of Art & Design. Base scope includes removal of existing MAU RTUs and replacement with new equipment, including associated HVAC, controls, electrical, and architectural work. Additional HVAC scope to include controls upgrades, deferred maintenance, and corrective work on the general HVAC system. Work to occur in an occupied building during the spring semester. System must be online, commissioned, and operational before start of cooling season at end April 2020. Project schedule to run February to April 2020. Future scope to be determined. Prequalification statements sought from HVAC contractors.
