The scope of work will require furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the following: • North Elevator: Selective demolition of existing construction to enlarge existing elevator shaft, and utilities, new foundation walls and framing, new electrical feed, new utilities, prefabricated elevator installation. • North-East and North-West Ground Level Group Toilets: Selective demolition of existing slabs, masonry walls, utilities, fixtures, and finishes, new masonry walls, utilities, fixtures, and finishes. • North-East Vu Lounge Single Toilet and North-West Harley Bar Single Toilet: Selective demolition of existing light gauge construction, utilities, and finishes, new light gauge walls, utilities, fixtures, and finishes.
