AL Haynes Drive Water Main Extension Project

The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all of the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required in connection with the construction of the Al Haynes Drive Watermain Extension Project, in Sioux City, Iowa, all in strict accordance with the 2023 version of the Iowa Statewide Urban Design and Specifications (SUDAS), as further modified by the 2022 version of the Sioux City Supplement to SUDAS, and Special Provisions included in said contract documents; and in strict compliance with the Contractors bid and the other contract documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract; and the Contractor shall do everything required by this Contract and the other documents constituting a part thereof. The construction of the project, as described in the construction documents. The project is located on Al Haynes Drive and includes the extension of an existing 12-inch water main approximately 2,400-feet along Al Haynes Drive south of Expedition Court to north of Discovery Boulevard.
