Construction Inspection Services - Eureka Road Pipeline Replacement Project

Proposals from qualified construction inspection firms to provide construction inspection services for the Eureka Road Pipeline Replacement Project (construction project). The construction inspection services firm shall participate throughout the life of the construction project to assure that all construction elements and systems work individually and together as intended and required. Construction inspection shall effectively and efficiently ensure that all work complies with the approved construction documents, permits, traffic control plans, water pollution control plans, and all applicable codes and regulations. The construction project generally consists of the following: installation of approximately 4,000 lineal feet (LF) of new 18-inch diameter Ductile Iron transmission pipeline, reconnecting to 8 distribution mains, reestablishing 17 water services (including removing and replacing water meter boxes and meters), installing 2 new fire hydrants, removing and replacing 1 fire hydrant, installing 5 new air release/air vacuum valves, and installing 2 water sampling station.
