Enhancements are needed at the city's aquatic facilities to continue to make them attractive amenities for residents. These enhancements include a climbing wall, replacement of spray features, new splash pads at facilities and behind the-scenes equipment such an upgrade to the disinfectant system. The project is included in the city's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
