Description | Deadline for questions June 10, 2022 2:00 pm PST Submit questions the Messages tab in BuildingConnected Response to questions No later than June 13, 2022 Responses will be issued as addenda and posted to BuildingConnected PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Berkeley Campus of the University of California is seeking an Executive Architect ("Consultant") to perform programming and conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid, construction administration and other support services as required by the Executive Design Professional Agreement ("EDPA") for the Goldman School of Public Policy (GSPP) Landscape Project which will rework the courtyard space between 1893 LeRoy Ave. and 2607 Hearst Ave. These two buildings constitute the main programmatic buildings of the GSPP PROJECT SITE GSPP is located on Hearst Avenue, across from Cory Hall and the UC Berkeley central campus (Campus Park). GSPP is bounded by Cory Hall and Hearst Avenue to the south, Cloyne Court to the north, a four-story parking garage to the east (Upper Hearst Parking Garage), and Le Roy Avenue and 1893 LeRoy building to the west. The project site's area of work is within the existing courtyard between the two GSPP buildings as described previously, as well as to the east and south side of 2607 Hearst Avenue within the GSPP boundary. There is pedestrian access to the courtyard and buildings from either Le Roy Avenue or Hearst Avenue. |
