Repair / Replace Water, Sanitary, and Storm Water Infrastructure on Fairgrounds, Phase 2-3

**As of January 24,2023, project was awarded to Pate Construction, awarded amount is $1,064,009.50.** 2015-110M19 2021 The Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) has determined that the water, sanitary and storm water infrastructure at the Colorado State Fair is in need of improvement or replacement. Phase 1 of the project was completed in 2018. This portion of the project covers Phase 2 & 3. CDA has identified the following Scope of Services for this Project. The Contractor shall have the responsibility for identifying missing work and bringing that to the attention of CDA prior to bidding.The Contractor shall provide excavation, disposal, repairs, replacements, fill, testing, paving, final paving, safety, and other goods and services as necessitated by the construction bid documents.
