Description

All work, labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the repair for “Repair HTHW Line C (Area A) with Natural Gas Boilers” – Tenant (Building 10822, 10828, 10829, 10853, 10856, and 10858) Project No. ZHTV120035 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Includes all work needed to replace the steam-to-hot water exchangers with new hot water gas fired condensing boilers; remove existing abandoned steam piping routing, replace with hot water piping; all associated supporting equipment; all associated door, wall, and floor work needed to adapt mechanical rooms to serve new mechanical equipment; relocate storm sewer and sanitary sewer for new mechanical rooms; cap abandoned and left in place steam lines; staging and laydown.
