Airfield Lighting and Electrical Consulting

To provide Detailed Design, Procurement Support, and Construction Support for the rehabilitation of the airfield lighting, controls, and electrical system 1. Inspection and report submittal on existing GRR airfield lighting and controls. 2. Preparation of preliminary plans, phasing and estimates for various improvements. 3. Preparation of final plans and specifications, final cost estimates, and assistance with bidding. 4. Construction administration services, including inspection, contract administration, materials testing, and preparation of as-built drawings. 5. Assistance with identifying, securing, and fulfilling state and federal grant opportunities. 6. Anticipated project outcomes: a. New airfield lighting will Light-Emitting Diode (LED), where possible b. Runway Guard Lights (RGL) c. New edge lighting, cabling, regulators, transformers, etc. d. New runway hold position signs e.
