Description

The Davenport Mini-park Renovation scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to: Demolition and off-haul of soils, pavement, debris and playground infrastructure, and excavation, grading and drainage, site concrete, and cement-stabilized decomposed granite; park improvements including procurement and installation of playground equipment, poured-in-place matting and wood fiber surfacing, as well as safety testing, inspection and certification by an NPSI Certified Inspector; and chain link fencing and gates, preparation and amending soil, landscaping and irrigation, as well as maintaining plants during an establishment period
