1161 Transit Drive - Floor Leveling

Mountain Metro Transit (MMT) would like to receive bids from general contractors, restoration contractors, or any other qualified companies for building structural repair work and restoration. MMT intends to utilize one or more contractors or award multiple contracts for the construction tasks outlined below. Task 1 – Floor Leveling: The eastern third of the first floor of the building at 1161 Transit Drive has settled and needs to be raised and leveled. This work request includes removing furniture from affected offices and storing on-site, removing the carpeting, completing the building structural floor leveling, reinstalling new carpeting (please provide a carpet tile and a rolled carpet option), and replacing the furniture. Task 2 – Cosmetic Repairs: Cosmetic repairs, due to settlement, are also required at 1161 Transit Drive. Cosmetic repairs include fixing racked doors, cracked walls, floor strips along the walls, and window frames/sills.
