Demolition Package

This demolition package contains a total of seventeen (17) structures. All seventeen (17) structures in this package contain friable and non-friable asbestos materials and will need to be demolished under the NYS Industrial Code Rule 56 requirements for "Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place." NOTICE this contract incorporates new MWBE and Workforce goal requirements, as required by Ordinance No. 2018-54. This contract has a 30% MWBE Goal, consisting of 20% M and 10% W. This contract has workforce goals of 20% M and 6.9% W. Buyer's Requirements Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % Bids submitted in hard copy must include the entire Invitation to Bid, which includes the cover page, bid specifications, addenda and any support documentation required, as well as the Proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any bids submitted that do not include all of these documents. All information requested on the Proposal must be completed and submitted. In particular, bidders are cautioned to complete the information and certifications required by the new MWBE and Workforce goals for this contract.
