| Description | This Project involves the replacement of boilers in B1286 at Hill AFB in Utah. There are three boilers in B1286. This project will replace the existing three boilers in B1286 with two new boilers. Each new boiler will be in compliance with BACT requirements for serious nonattainment under the Clean Air Act. The three boilers being replaced are 50 MMBU (~1500 boiler HP) dual fuel steam boilers. The project will replace the existing boilers in B1286 with new boilers of enough quantity and size to meet demand, as well as BACT. |
