| Description | Remove and dispose of existing modified bitumen and gravel surfaced roof systems on Roof Sections A and B down to the roof deck. Remove and dispose of the existing metal panel roof system on Roof Section C down to the existing 2x4 wood nailers that are attached to the existing 16” pre-engineered roof joists. Work is to include the complete removal and disposal of the existing roof membranes, flashings, insulation, gravel, and sheet metal flashing down to the existing roof decks. Provide a new fully adhered EPDM roof membrane over mechanically attached insulation, sheet metal flashings, and wood bocking on Roof Sections A and B. Provide a new metal panel roof system on Roof Section C. |
