| Description | Notice is hereby given that Peru Utilities will receive sealed bids for the following: Purchase and Delivery of one (1) Large Power Transformer Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time and taken under advisement for the Utility Service Board. The above bids must be submitted on Form 95 as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts, with non-collusion affidavit completed, and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, and in a sealed envelope. The Utilities Service Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities or information in bidding and to reject any and all bids to the benefit of the City. |
