Description

In general the work consists of: saw cutting the existing slab on grade to install a new drain tile system. The drain tile system will tie into the existing fiberglass crock. Once the drain tile is replaced, a new slab will be installed along with waterstops. There will be some miscellaneous MEP repair required to replace damaged corroded equipment. Existing steel at the mechanical equipment supports and the base of the stair stringers will require sand-blasting and repainting.
