| Description | The City of Concord, New Hampshire Wishes to Engage the Services of a Qualified Private Firm to Provide Building Automation Systems Maintenance, Installation and Repair Services on an on- Call, as-needed Basis for Its Municipal Buildings. Any Questions or Inquiries Must Be Submitted in Writing, and Must Be Received by the Purchasing Manager No Later Than Seven (7) Calendar Days Before the Request for Proposals Due Date to Be Considered. Any Changes to the Rfp Will Be Provided to All Service Providers of Record. The Period of Performance of This Contract Shall Be for Three (3) Years, Subject to the Appropriation of Funds by the Concord City Council, Beginning With the Date of the Citys Notice to Proceed. The City Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals Received as a Result of This Request, or to Cancel in Part or in Its Entirety a Rfp, if It is in the Best Interest of the City to Do So. |
