The project consists of a 207,000 SF 32' clear height cross dock tilt-wall warehouse located on an approximately 12.4 acre site and includes cast-in-place concrete, tilt-wall concrete, steel, joists, metal deck, metal stairs & railings, TPO roofing, storefront, sunshades, canopies, dock doors, dock bumpers, ESFR fire protection, plumbing, gas piping, heating, ventilation, electrical, fire alarm, 6,100 square feet of office tenant improvement, fire pump room, and interior fencing. The Sitework scope of work includes grading, utilities, storm drainage, asphalt paving, concrete paving, sidewalks, signage, striping, landscaping and irrigation. Anticipated GC award date is December 1, 2022. Anticipated start for the project is January, 2023 Anticipated Construction Completion November 2023.
