2023 Roadway Project

Concrete Walkway, Street/Road Repairs, Street/Road Concrete Repair, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Paving Highway, Road or Street The work generally consists of several concrete and asphalt improvement projects. Approximately 3384 SY of asphalt paving and patching, 126 LF concrete curb & gutter, 312 SY concrete sidewalks and 53 SY concrete crosspans. Last day for Questions: 4/4/2023 4:00 p.m. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner will reject the Bid of any Bidder that Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five (5) percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond No pre-bid conference will be held.

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
