Description | Repair Well 15. This project includes the inspection, repair, and chemical treatment of well and associated components at Davis-Monthan AFB. A full outline of the work to be performed is included in the project specifications which will be included as an attachment to the solicitation document. The contract will consist separate line items for the repair portions and chemical treatment of the project, the government reserves the right not to exercise the line items for chemical treatment should it not be necessary as determined by the contracting officer. All work shall comply with the current Base Design Compatibility Guidelines (DCG), and bring all identified facility systems up to current codes, and supervision necessary to complete the aforementioned project at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. NAICS 237110 The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000 Submit EAL: 19 May 2022 at 2:00 pm Arizona Local Time. Site Visit: 01 June 2022 at 10:00 am Arizona Local Time. NOTE: Original date listed on Synopsis changed from 25 May at 10:00am. Site visit limited to two (2) individuals per bidder. RFI Responses Posted: 10 June 2022 at 3:00 pm Arizona Local Time. Bid Due Date: 15 June 2022 at 3:00 pm Arizona Local Time. NOTE: If you plan to hand deliver your bid, the bidder shall submit an EAL request 10 working days prior to the bid closing and allow sufficient time to process through the pass and ID section. It is recommended a minimum of 2 hours to process through pass and ID section. (a) Failure to furnish a bid guarantee in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids, may be cause for rejection of the bid. (b) The bidder shall furnish a bid guarantee in the form of a firm commitment, bid bond supported by good and sufficient surety or e.g., sureties acceptable to the Government, postal money order, certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or, under Treasury Department regulations, certain bonds or notes of the United States. The Contracting Officer will return bid guarantees, other than bid bonds- (1) To unsuccessful bidders as soon as practicable after the opening of bids; and (2) To the successful bidder upon execution of contractual documents and bonds (including any necessary coinsurance or reinsurance agreements), as required by the bid as accepted.
