| Description | The successful bidder will enter into a one (1) year contract beginning August 1, 2020 and ending July 31, 2021. The MCIA, may, as an option, extend the contract for two (2) one-year periods, i.e., August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022 and August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023. Bid prices shall be fixed for the full term of the one-year contract and not subject to increase during the term of the contract. |
