Henry ES- Steam Coils and Blower Housing Replacement Various Trades Prequalified Vendors Only Questions Due Date: Oct 20th 2022, 1:30 PM CDT Coil Replacement Demo all old vertical steam coils. Fabricate and install a new steel frames to accept new style steam coils. Provide and install [10] new steam coils sized to match the existing footprint. (North side blower has 4 preheats and 4 reheats south side blower has 1 preheat and 1 reheat.) Connect to the existing supply and return piping. Flash around the new coils with galvanized sheet metal. Vendor to provide any mechanical tools/equipment necessary for project completion. Test and verify operation. All work to be conducted in accordance with CPS Specifications. Haul all debris and dispose of daily. Blower Bottom Pump out bottom of blower housing and remove any debris from pit. Supply and install new galvanized 18-gauge steel for bottom and side of blower housing. Wrap sides and bottom with new steel and weld pieces together in place. Seal top side of new pan to existing sheet metal. Vendor to provide any mechanical tools/equipment necessary for project completion. Test and verify operation. All work to be conducted in accordance with CPS Specifications. Haul all debris and dispose of daily.
