Intersection Safety Improvements Main/Kensington/Humboldt and Bailey/Delavan

Mill & Overlay, new ADA curb ramps, traffic & pedestrian signal work, signs & pavement markings. The project limits are: Main Street (NY 5): Eastwood Place to Robie Street Kensington Avenue: Main Street to approximately 150 ft north of Humboldt Pkwy Humboldt Pkwy WB: 80 ft west of Main Street to 90 ft east of Kensington Avenue Humboldt Pkwy EB: 230 ft west of Main St to 140 ft east of Kensington Avenue Bailey Ave (US 62): 200 ft north and south of Delavan Avenue Delavan Avenue: 40 ft east and west of Bailey Avenue The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: • Mill and Overlay the existing pavement • Installation of new ADA ramps • Installation of new bridge joints within ADA ramp limits as shown on plans • Installation of signs and pavement markings • Removal and modification of existing mast arm & span wire traffic signals and pedestrians signal infrastructure • Installation of new mast arm traffic signals, pedestrian signals and related infrastructure • All survey operations required to complete the work • Maintenance and Protection of Traffic including maintaining existing traffic signals.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Transportation Signaling and Control Equipment, Roadway Signaling and Control Equipment, Traffic Signals, Traffic Control Equipment.
