The current site of the expansion is an undeveloped open channel drainageway, and the scope of work will include, but is not limited to earthwork and grading, stormwater drainage conveyance (pipe, box culvert, and structures), water quality features, asphalt paving, chain link fence and guardrail, site lighting, and existing roadway pavement tie-ins.
