Reroofing

The Bristol School District is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of roof area #11. The roof area consists of 45-mil EPDM Ballasted EPDM, a layer of Expanded Polystyrene insulation, a layer of Perlite Insulation, and a structural concrete deck. The scope of the work consists of but is not limited to the removal of all existing materials down to the structural deck and the replacement thereof, and clean up of all job related debris and repair grounds as required. A separate quote is also being requested as part of the bid for the diagnosis and repair of a leak in the area between Roofs #1 and #3. All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with words “Bid Opening”, the date and time of bid opening, the bid, and the name of the bidder. Manufacturer’s written guarantees shall accompany each bid.
