Project Title: Asbestos Abatement & Carpet Install Project to perform an asbestos abatement containing floor materials in building 10480, rooms 160, 161, and a closet in room 161. Install new carpet, cove base, and transition strips in abatement area. in accordance with Statement of Work, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK The subject project Magnitude of Construction in accordance with FAR 36.204(b) is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project Location: Building 10480 Main Entrance, JBER, AK A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Thursday, 15 September 2022, at 10:00 AM AKT. Parties will meet in Building 10480, JBER. All questions are due by Friday, 16 September 2022, 4:00 PM AKT. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
