Description | The City of Lynwood is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in the design and construction of: Storage Facility: Description: Design-Build a new one building with 3 separate rooms/spaces- each with 8 FT roll up doors and storage facility for city staff usage on the North side of the Lynwood Park Tennis Courts. Facility design must include MEP. o One small universal-use bathroom within the building o East-facing side of building must have a concrete slab for use to wash a vehicle (with water hook ups o Building should have limited windows or high windows placement. o Building must be "heavy duty" secure to minimize vandalism. o Prefabricated meeting the design/use requested is acceptable. o Design & Safety Considerations for front (North-facing) side of new building - as the walkway is heavily used by park patrons.
